• Weather and Unforeseen Events: Service dates may be affected by weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any necessary changes as soon as possible.
• Third-Party Products: We may recommend or install third-party products (e.g., smart controllers, rain sensors). ESS is not responsible for manufacturer defects but will assist with warranty claims where possible.
