Evaluation Process

Schedule an appointment for eligibility for a subscription.
Elite Team Member completes a full Inspection | Evaluation of the entire system.
Following the initial evaluation, all necessary repairs are to be completed (at a discounted rate) prior to enrolling in an Elite package.
If a customer requires a new installation, the customer pays for the new system installation, then has the option to choose a maintenance package.

Terms & Conditions

At least two weeks’ notice must be given if the customer will have major work completed on the property (Installing driveway or Pool). A discount will be provided to customers depending on the Elite package subscription & additional work that needs to be done properly

Elite Package Cancellations

If the customer chooses to cancel a package subscription before the expiration date, an early cancellation fee will be deducted from the cost of the package the customer chose.

Deductions are based on hours worked on the property or the amount of work completed.
